Hello my name is Arife Erdogan, I´m 27 years old and I'm from Germany, Heilbronn.
In October 2011 my dog Hector was seized by the Police Department of Ludwigsburg on the grounds that my dog Hector (Breed Kangal Dog) had been involved in illegal dog fights. This is not true!
Between late 2011 and early 2012, a character test by the police was conducted and my Dog had passed the test. Subsequently, in April 2012 the Regional Court of Stuttgart pronounces the judgment that the seizure was illegal and the dog should be given out.
Shortly after, the same detective chief commissioner from Ludwigsburg conducts a new seizure on the grounds of "danger defense" and I'm not getting my dog back! There is no appealable decision enabled!
For 10 months, my dog Hector is not kept under appropriate conditions. He is kept in a small kennel and I was allowed to see him only 2 times! I can´t even see my dog!
After consultation with my lawyer I will publish detailed informations (court orders, letters, emails) on my Facebook page called "Rettet Hector!(Rescue Hector!)"

Also the Regional Press called "Heilbronner Stimme" actively supported me and published after an interview and access to the file and to the court orders an article about me and my dog Hector.

I ask you all to support me and to actively help me that I get my dog back! For 10 months, my dog Hector suffers at the shelter and I suffer too!

I want to clarify something here, which is my little fault!
My dog Hector was not kept in a kennel. Hector has a huge garden with a hut! (As you can see it in the pictures on Facebook) This Husbandry was also approved by the veterinary office.
I called it the kennel, because someone told me that it is called kennel for dogs. My mistake!
At first I kept Hector in my apartment, but Hector loves nature and being outdoors, so we bought a garden for Hector.
I hope I could pick up some misunderstandings with this post.

Reason of this Petition:
I feel discriminated by the detective chief commissioner from Ludwigsburg and finally want my dog back!
And I want that this cop does not come through with his crap, and that he is held accountable!
I miss my dog very much and hope for your support!
