Q. Why did you apply.
It is because of the history and culture of Korean women's volleyball. Korean women's volleyball has won an Olympic medal, and recently it has been to the semifinals twice. I want to contribute to its revival. If I have passion and will, I have no doubt that I will return to that position.
Q. What is the biggest problem with Korean volleyball.
It's not just one problem. There are some things that need to be supplemented tactically and strategically. Training started on April 15th. I have confirmed the improvement. I will continue to focus on training. It is also important to build and maintain good relations with the club. If they cooperate with each other, it will have a positive impact on the players. The national team has to participate in many international competitions, including VNL. It is important to talk a lot with the club and the league and make sure that the players come to the national team.
Q. You must have had a headache from the injury of the players from the first call-up, how are you preparing.
After joining the Jincheon National Training Center, I checked the players' physical conditions and conditions. As I talked with the players who were out due to injury, I was not in good shape to participate in the competition. Afterwards, I had interviews with them and told them that I have to play an important role as a member of the national team. They encouraged me that if I recover from my injury, I will be able to come next time, even if it is not this summer. Currently, 16 players are focusing on training. Q. What are your goals for the term.
We need to raise the world ranking. It is ranked in the top 40. Given the skills of our players, we can be in a better position. We need to perform better in Asian Games and other games. It is important to create a good atmosphere and I want to create a national team where my players want to come.

Q. Why do you emphasize team culture.
It is important to create a team atmosphere. You don't know what happened in the past. Communication between the coach and the players is very important. I am practicing well based on communication and trust relationships. The injured players are missing, but I want to make a national team that I want to come with while maintaining good relationships with them.
Q. How will you communicate with the club.
It is important to maintain a good relationship with the club. Communication must be done well. As soon as I arrived in Korea, there was a request from the president of the association to send out a friendly match in Indonesia. Starting with this request, I started to communicate with each team. I understand the relationship between the club and the players.
