Professional soccer team Jeju United has organized a special promotion for its Hana One Q K League 2023 Round 30 home match against FC Seoul at Jeju World Cup Stadium on March 23 at 4:30 pm. Jeju has a difficult time attracting away fans due to its geographical location. It is also difficult to plan a day trip given the schedule of the game. For this game, Jeju will pilot a customized viewing package to ease the worries and burdens of away fans.

The team is also hoping to gain momentum in attracting spectators. Jeju has averaged 6,075 fans per game in 14 home matches this year. Last season, the team averaged 3,151 fans per game, a staggering 92.7 percent increase from the previous year.
These are not flashy numbers. Attendance hasn't plummeted, even in the face of poor results and scorching heat. The message from Jeju is clear. Breaking the mold and blurring boundaries with 'targeted marketing' that adds power to audience convenience while increasing intuitive satisfaction.
This season, Jeju has used a variety of targeted marketing efforts to attract spectators, including 'school trip recruitment viewing', 'in-stadium 스포츠토토 career counseling (middle and high school students)', 'group shuttle bus operation (transportation)', 'Ohjeong gimbap + admission ticket + MD gift certificate package deal (restaurant collaboration)', 'quit your job and go to Jeju World Cup Stadium' (office workers), and 'Jeju United foot putting king' (golfers).
After achieving encouraging results, Jeju plans to gain more momentum in attracting spectators with ideas and targeted marketing that capture the potential demand of away fans. "We will spare no effort to create a stadium that people want to come back to and games that they want to watch again," said a Jeju official.
