Demand Independent Inquiry & Immediate Release of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich

I have held back on submitting the petition to German authorities as the appeal was pending. We now know it was rejected as well as the appeal for customary release upon 2/3 served time and good behaviour.

On October 8, 2026, Reiner Fuellmich was abruptly transferred from Bremervoerder to another prison (JVA Lingen) without prior notice being given to him, nor to his legal team, to whom he was denied a call at the time when he understood what was going on.
 
Instead of packing up his belongings, he was only permitted to grab the essentials: a toothbrush, two pairs of socks, two pairs of underwear and two T-shirts, all of which had to be put into a plastic trash bag.
 
The stated reason of this transfer was that there was no longer room for him in the unit for inmates serving definitive sentences.
 
On arrival at the new prison, however, Reiner was told: “what should we do with you? We have no empty cells to put you in”.
 
Reiner was transported handcuffed, in a caged van and the trip from Bremervörde to the Lingen prison took 7 long hours!
 
Because of over-crowding in the new prison JVA Lingen, Reiner was placed in a cold, dingy cellar cell, with an approximately 4 meter high ceiling containing a small window, which was opened, as the cell is mould infested.
 
Reiner is unfortunately not able to partake of his one-hour right to outdoor activity, since he does not have a change of adequate clothing.
 
Moreover, the groceries he had ordered at Bremervorder were delivered on Thursday afternoon and are now spoiling somewhere in his previous prison.
 
Instead of being released – something routinely conceded to inmates with no prior criminal record, who have served 2/3 of their sentence in good conduct, Reiner has been rapidly transferred to another prison and 'coincidentally' the transfer happened exactly when the Head of the Pre-trial detention unit at Bremervorder was on holiday.
 
Moreover, it also turned out that Bremervörde prison had at least one empty cell to which Reiner could have been transferred. 
 
Reiners abrupt and unexpected transfer raises a number of questions:
 
Why was this unexpected and rushed transfer ordered?
 
Why wasn’t Reiner or his lawyers informed about it?
 
Why has Reiner been placed in a cold, dingy and mouldy cellar cell?
 
Under great stress, Reiner is not feeling well, and he has been complaining of a strong headache. He has been denied medical care.
 
Reiner's cell is an unfit for use and poses a direct threat to his health. Why is this cell being used?
 
Reiner’s legal team has already filed motions requesting a suspension of the rest of his prison sentence on probation. They also requested his immediate transfer to another cell or, alternatively, that he should be transferred back to the Bremervörde Prison.
 
Reiner's latest unexpected and unannounced prison transfer, coupled with incarceration in substandard prison cell accommodation is surprisingly similar to what happened when Reiner was transferred from Rosdorf to the Bremervörde prison. The similarity in events, methods and timing seems to suggest once again that Reiner's continued incarceration and persecution is nothing but a deliberate continued political attack to silence a man who has taken the lid off Covid-19 vaccine and lock-down damage.
 
Please help us in spreading the word about the inhumane treatment to which Reiner is, once again, being subjected.
 
I would also like to remind you of how important your personal support for Reiner is, and the strength that your letters give him. Please do write to him at the address below. If you are also concerned at the treatment he is experiencing in prison, and at the hands of the German justice system, you may also wish to write to the appropriate authorities outlining those concerns. If you do this remember that short, factual and considered letters hold more power than those containing impolite and aggressive language. At the end of the day it is the volume of letters received which puts real pressure on the establishment; an establishment that appears determined that the truth of Covid-19 vaccine damage and lock-down harms should not be exposed.

Your letters demonstrate that the wider public is awake and is not blindly accepting the official vaccine safety line.

Dear Warriors,
The petition is about to end and I wish to thank you for your engagement. We reached over 17.000 signatures and had to move the target once, and then we exceeded it. As you may already know, Reiner is not yet released, despite filing civil and criminal lawsuits and also an injunction. But, some of you did something very important and engaged in an action targeted at the diplomatics representation in 15 countries. Thus sending the message of the petition demands via this channel to the ministry of interior, a message wrapped in a cover that says that the world is watching and we know what was done. This happening, not in some Banana Republic far far away, but in the Germany, in the EU and also where the Nüremberg code came out from, is for most of us incomprehensible. The matter, along with the persecution of German doctors was noted by the US who sent en envoy. This produced "The Fuellmich Files" document, very comprehensive case description, which had been enclosed. The last thing I encourage you to do is to visit ICIC.law website and register for login and for newsletter so that you may access the archives with documentation. We are looking for Warriors that can organize and be part of a picketing action in the capital of your country in front of the German embassy on May 5:th, Reiner´s birthday. We envisage a peaceful, dignified support for truth and justice and demand for independent inquiry and immediate release of Dr. Reiner Füllmich. A complete file with this petition’s signatures will be delivered in an official handover to the Embassy.
